IPL 2019 RCB confirms AB de Villiers will play for the franchise

IPL 2019 AB de Villiers

After news that Gary Kirsten and Ashish Nehra will be part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) coaching staff for IPL 2019, there is another good news for RCB fans. This comes cordiality of the confirmation that AB de Villiers will play for RCB in the next IPL edition.
There were questions about whether he would take part or not following his sudden retirement from international cricket prior this year, however, RCB’s chairman Mr. Sanjeev Churiwala confirmed that he will be available for the franchise that he has played for since 2011 for the upcoming IPL edition.
“De Villiers will be available for RCB. We have stated our intentions on this matter in the past as well,” Sanjeev Churiwala said.
AB de Villiers had already confirmed that he will keep on playing in the IPL for a few years and the news from RCB chairman will come as rocking one to the fans of the IPL side, who are still waiting for their maiden IPL triumph. In spite of the former South African captain began his IPL career with Delhi Daredevils, it is with the Royal Challengers Bangalore that he has earned a reputation of being one of the most explosive batsmen in the world.
Since moving to RCB in 2011, the 34-year-old has been unimaginably steady and as of now the third-most astounding run-getter for the side, behind just Virat Kohli and Chris Gayle. Overall, he has about 4,000 runs in the IPL at an average of very nearly 40 and a strike rate of more than 150 with three hundred and 28 fifties.
As per reports, Mr.360 degree has also expressed his enthusiasm for participating in the fourth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). On the off chance that he take part, it will be his maiden appearance in the tournament and might serve as perfect planning in front of next year’s IPL.
